Homework; 21st July, 2014

Hi Room 15,

Welcome back to you all.  I am looking forward to catching up with you all and hearing all about your action packed holidays!

Homework:
1.  Start your homework sheet which is due 'next' Friday.
2.  Spelling words reviewed and ready for testing on Friday.
3.  Diaries all up to date with dates and reminders.
4.  Read the class and team newsletters with your family so they are aware of what is happening this term.  Any dates important to you note in your diary.
5.  Complete lesson 5 on the typing tutor.

Hi Room 15,
We have fitness testing on Monday so I hope you all have your sports tops!
Tuesday is the first day of April, the fourth month already!  Gee; Week 9!

3.  Complete lesson 2 on the Typing Tutor programme; touch typing a great skill to master.

Hi Room 15,
Seven weeks have 'flown by' already!
We are running the canteen this week so it will be another busy Friday, as we have sports after morning tea break.

3.  Complete your first typing tutor lesson (as we discussed and reviewed in class).

Homework 10th March

Hi Room 15,
Well done to you all, a great effort with our school swimming sports you all gave it a 100% effort! Some fantastic individual results and we won the House Relay!

Don't forget we have 'cycle safety skills' on Tuesday, so obviously you will need your bikes!

1.  Spelling words and basic facts (x9) reviewed each night.  Have a go at http://www.mathsisfun.com/numbers/math-trainer-multiply.html to really test yourself.
2.  Worksheet completed and ready for marking on Friday (or Friday week- Octagons).

You will be given two notices today; Our Big Day Out and Work Experience.  Please discuss with your parents/caregivers at home.

Keep up the good work with your diaries, a great way to keep up to date with your very busy days at Broadgreen Intermediate. 
Hopefully we will have gymnastics this Wednesday (weather permitting!).

Homework 19th August

Hi Room 15,
All go this week with 3-Way Conferences Monday (1.45pm finish) and Wednesday.  Then Winter Tournament Thursday and Friday.  Also we will watch the movie 'Tomorrow When the War Began' on Wednesday as the group reading this book in class will have finished reading it.

Not much homework this week!
1.  No spelling due to Winter Tournament.
2.  Homework sheet you were given last week is now due Wednesday: also due to the Winter Tournament.
3.  Have a go with Mathletics if you wish I will give you your individual passwords on Monday.  It is free and lots of prizes to be won.

Hi Room 15,
Welcome back to NZ Frazer, we can't wait to hear all about your trip to Scotland!
You all did very well with the Math-a-thon, some fantastic scores!
Very happy to see the Room 6 & 15 Inter-Class Trophy stay with us as we defeated Room 6 in an exciting game of bench ball!  Thank you Room 6 a lot of fun and played in good spirit.
